Watch the Digital Freedom Festival Livestream on Shortcut, and DELFI Media Lab Content on the DELFI Portal
With support from Lattelecom it will be possible to view the technology, startup, policy and lifestyle Digital Freedom Festival conference main stage livestream on Shortcut.lv or using the Shortcut app. Our Content Partner DELFI will also provide access to the livestream of the “DELFI media LAB” stage on the DELFI portal. The festival will be held from November 30th to December 1st and will gather more than 100 conference speakers and 1500 attendees from around the world on five stages.
On the conference main stage, the “Future Stage”, discussion will include the influence of technology on political processes and the health sector, artificial intelligence and biases, creating modern urban design and other topics. Speakers include artificial intelligence researcher and engineer Hanan Salam from France, city designer and humane urban environment creator Mikael Colville-Andersen from Denmark, representative of the world’s largest genetic data storage and exchange platform Henry Ines from the USA and many others.

The app can be downloaded on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The festival livestream will be available for free to all Shortcut users around the world, and will also be available in the archive for seven days. The livestream begins on November 30th at 10:00 a.m. (EET) and will be in English.
In turn Digital Freedom Festival Content Partner DELFI will provide a broad and multi-faceted programme at the festival on media development in the age of modern technology. On the “DELFI media LAB” stage journalists and experts will examine future interaction between technology, information and knowledge with exciting keynotes and discussions on current trends in media and advertising industries throughout the day. Speakers include NPR Moscow Correspondent Lucian Kim from the USA, “The Economist” Technology Correspondent Hal Hodson from the UK and many others. The “DELFI media LAB” stage livestream will be available on the DELFI portal on November 30th from 11:15 a.m. (EET) in English.

The Digital Freedom Festival is a global technology, startup, policy and lifestyle festival, which will be held on November 30th and December 1st in Riga.
